Returning customers are the bread-and-butter for every adult creator, on both token sites and private show sites. Whether they’re putting in 100 tokens to your countdown 3 or 4 times a week or taking you for a 10-minute private show every Tuesday, a regular customer is easier to keep coming back than trying to sell to a new customer every time. If a customer keeps coming back for more, you already know that they like what you have to offer. Keep them hooked on you by using these 3 tips to make them feel like they’re the only guy in the world.
1. Use their name
Moaning “oh yes, BigDick86” isn’t a boner-killer, but it’s not exactly sexy, either. Ask customers who connect and interact with you if there’s another name that you can use. Some customers won’t be comfortable sharing their first names with you, but some will, and you can use that to increase intimacy with them in the chat.
2. “Remember” the details
I put “remember” in quotes because you’re not really remembering anything!
Keep track of the little things they mention in the chat, from pets to favorite sports teams to tough times at work. When someone who is a big sports fan chats with me during the playoffs, I take the team name I put down in my notes months ago and plug it into Google, impressing them with my knowledge of their team’s performance! Using the “notes” feature like this makes every customer feel like they are the center of your attention.
3. Know what they like
I hate to beat a dead horse, but I’ve got another use for that “notes” feature. I keep track of the most recent requests I’ve done with a customer, including what I was wearing, toys I used, and anything I did that really drove them crazy. Not only does this help me create content that they’ll love, but when they ask for “something different” (as so many customers seem to eventually do), I’ll know what NOT to do!
