If you’re unable to send messages to a particular creator, there could be several reasons behind it.

The creator’s account has been temporarily suspended or excluded: Sometimes, due to violations of our terms and conditions, a creator’s account might be temporarily suspended or excluded. During this period, their ability to communicate with users will be restricted. But don’t worry; they will be online soon.
The creator has deleted their account: If a creator decides to leave the platform or delete their account, you will no longer be able to engage in conversations with them. But if you are a subscriber, you will still have access to the subscriber’s content until the end of the expiry date.
Your account has been changed from a user to a creator account: Congratulations on your account upgrade! However, please note that creators cannot communicate with other creators on Flirtback. This feature is reserved for user-creator relationships.

To continue conversing with the creator beyond Happy Hour, you can purchase tokens or subscribe to their content.
Creators can activate Happy Hour every eight hours.
It is important to know that you cannot share or ask for any social media details, external platform, or payment details from the creator. The system will flag and suspend your and the creator’s account if any such details have been shared.
How does Happy Hour with Live Stream work?
During Happy Hour with Live Streaming, creators can enable live streaming. If they choose to enable it, their video will be shown on full-screen, providing an immersive experience for their fans. The number of viewers will be displayed as an indicator, and the creator can see messages sent by viewers on the screen.
The creator can respond to these messages using their voice in the video. Users can also initiate a video call with the creator by clicking on a call to action. The creator will receive a notification about the incoming call and can join the video call. While the creator is on a video call, the stream will stop for the rest of the users. After the video call is finished, the creator can resume streaming for the rest of the Happy Hour.
Live streaming is only available during Happy Hour and can be optional for creators who prefer to use text messages only.
What is FlirtTime?
FlirtTime is a powerful 1-1 video call feature that allows creators and users to have direct and personal video conversations. It operates on a token-based system, providing a secure and streamlined way to handle payments for video call interactions.

When you click on the video call icon in the chat window, you’ll be able to see the minimum number of tokens required to start a call with the creator. If you don’t have enough tokens, you can instantly purchase them and begin the call. 💬💰💻
Why does Flirtback block my message?
Since we released the chat, we noticed that creators and users started sharing private information like phone numbers, emails, and links in their Flirtback Chat leading to external platforms.
We don’t see it safe for our creators and users to share any personal information in Flirtback. To protect our creators we decided to block this kind of message.
That’s why we’ve been working on providing all the tools possible so creators and their connections can have a safe conversation within Flirtback.
What information I’m not allowed to share in Flirtback?
- Personal information: phone number, email ID, Skype address, Telegram, WhatsApp, etc.
- Social media accounts: Instagram, Twitter, Snapchat, TikTok, Facebook.
- General payment links: PayPal, cash up, crypto links, ApplePay, and any general payment links
- Third-party links or details like Onlyfans, Fansly, Fancentro, or any other external platform.
