How do I make my profile visible?

Complete your profile

On Flirtback – Log in to your account, and you will find a checklist of 3 simple steps you need to take to complete your profile setup. When it turns green, it means your profile is visible to our visitors, and you can start getting connections!

1. Upload a non-explicit avatar. Keep in mind this is the first thing our users will see about you.
   • Make sure the picture is of high quality and does not look crispy.
   • Minimum resolution: 1280×720/ HD
   • Portrait orientation

How can I share a post on Twitter automatically?

There are two options for sharing a post on Twitter:

This feature allows you to automate sharing to Twitter every time you come online and/or any time you upload new content to your Library. Online posts have a limitation of 2 times per day to avoid spamming Twitter.

First, you need to connect your Twitter account to your Flirtback profile and toggle buttons to automate tweet posts. Make sure to save changes, and don’t forget to mention #Flirtback or tag us @JustFlirtback for a higher reach.

If you prefer to share your content manually, then you can do this whenever you upload new content to your library. You will see a “Share to Twitter” option next to the Finish button.

Another option to share your activity manually is directly from your profile! Whenever you are online, you can click the “Share to Twitter” button, and a post will be drafted for you and ready to post; you only need to confirm.

Having trouble connecting your Twitter account?

There is a known issue with Web OAuth if the Twitter App is installed.

Solution:

• If you have the Twitter app installed, please ensure it is running in the background. Then, return to Flirtback and proceed with the connection process. It will open in a web view within the Twitter app. This method works on Android devices since the Chrome session is shared. However, for iOS users, this approach may not be effective.
• Alternatively, you can log into your Flirtback account using either incognito mode on your mobile browser or the desktop version of Flirtback. From there, you can follow the regular steps to connect your Twitter account.

Only the person appearing in your content should be verified via our verification procedure. Other unverified people are not allowed in the content uploaded.

How do I take off the pictures that I already uploaded?

You can delete or replace the content in your profile by going to settings – content. You can filter your content by type or content like videos or pictures.

• Head to your settings and find the “Content” section.
• Filter your content by type, whether it’s pictures or videos.
• Select the pictures you want to delete or replace, and hit that delete button.

As a creator, you can only connect with users who have shown an interest in your profile.

What is an interested user?

When a user shows interest by, for example, clicking a button to send you a message but ultimately does not complete payment, they are automatically added to the interested list. At this point, your goal is to engage with them and win them over. We have found that utilizing audio or video messages for these interactions can be particularly effective in building trust and increasing engagement levels. They will receive your message and an email notification.

To streamline communication, you can use our chat feature to send messages to all interested users in bulk. However, please exercise responsibility and avoid spamming users. We encourage you to use this feature well to maintain a positive user experience.

It’s important to note that once a user replies to your message, they will be removed from the bulk messaging list. This ensures that your communication remains targeted to those who have not yet engaged in a conversation with you.

Can I send custom content in chat?

Yes, you can send custom content over chat easily. You just need to click on the plus icon select media and add a photo or video you want to share, and press send.

Can I block a conversation or user on Flirtback Chat?

Yes, you are completely in control of your profile and can block a conversation if you wouldn’t like to receive more messages from that follower.

If you’re particularly unhappy with the conduct of a connection, there’s also an option to report the conversation to our team, so we can investigate it for you.

All you need to do is click on the 3 dots on the top right side of your chat window, and you will see a dropdown where the first option is block.

Why is my message blocked by Flirtback?

Since we released the chat, we noticed that models and users started sharing private information like phone numbers, emails, and links in their Flirtback Chat, leading to external platforms.

We don’t see it safe for our models and users to share any personal information on Flirtback. To protect our creators, we decided to block this kind of message.

That’s why we’ve been working on providing all the tools possible so models and their connections can have a safe conversation within Flirtback.

What information I’m not allowed to share on Flirtback?

• Personal information: phone number, email address, Skype address, Telegram, WhatsApp, etc.
• Social media accounts: Instagram, Twitter, Snapchat, TikTok, Facebook.
• General payment links: PayPal, cash up, crypto links, and any general payment links
• 3rd party links like Onlyfans, Fansly, Fancentro, or any other external platform.

   2. The account has been temporarily suspended for violating the terms and conditions.

I noticed a message sent from my account that I didn’t send personally.

1. Automated Messages: We offer an automated messages feature in the settings. When enabled, it automatically sends messages to users to pique their interest and initiate conversations on your profile.

How do you report a conversation?

1. Reporting a Conversation: If you need to report a conversation, follow these steps:
   1. Click on the three dots in the chat window.
   2. Select “block – report conversation.”
   3. Provide the reason for reporting in the designated field.
2. Reporting a Minor: To report a conversation involving a minor, take these steps:
   1. Click on the three dots in the chat window.
   2. Choose “block – report conversation.”
   3. Check the minor box.
   4. If you would like to provide a specific reason, please write it in the designated field.

To withdraw your hard-earned money, you must set up the payment method for your account here. Once you set up your payment method, The system automatically processes your payment within seven working days after the end of each payment cycle. 🚀

How do I get paid?

We are currently paying out via

• Bitsafe/Yoursafe (0€ fee) – Preferred Method. Yoursafe can be used to send and receive payments globally. Once you have your funds in your account, you can initiate outgoing payments by SEPA, Wire, ACH, or US check.
• Paxum (1€ fee). Paxum is a secure peer-to-peer e-wallet payment service. Its services are available worldwide.
• SEPA Transfer (1€ fee). A SEPA – or Single Euro Payments Area – bank transfer lets you send and receive cross-border payments in euros. It works the same way as a domestic bank transfer as long as both countries are inside the eurozone. Only available in Europe.
• ACH Transfer (5€ fee). An ACH transfer is the electronic movement of money between banks through an Automated Clearing House network. Only available in the US.
• International Check (10€ fee). Flirtback submits the check(s) to the foreign bank directly or through an intermediary bank. This payment method is temporarily unavailable.
• International Wire (25€ fee). Wire transfers allow for the movement of money from one bank account to another for a fee. Available worldwide.

When can I get paid?

Ensure all your details, beneficiary name, IBAN details, account number, or routing numbers are accurate. Precision ensures a smooth and hassle-free payment process.

Payment Cycle: Payments will arrive in your account seven days after a closed payment period. There are two payment periods every month:

• 1st – 15th of the month
• 16th – last day of the month

Minimum Payment Threshold: If your earnings in the current payment cycle are less than 50 Euros, they’ll be carried over to the next cycle and paid out once they reach the minimum payment threshold of 50 Euros. Payment Transfer Time: It is important to bear in mind that the transfer duration varies depending on the processing days of your chosen payment method.

What is the minimum withdrawal?

The minimum payout withdrawal is 50€ plus any processing fees.

What’s the Difference Between Pending Payout and Period Earnings?

1. Accessing Information: You can view details about your pending payout and period earnings for a specific period here on your Dashboard.
2. Pending Payout: This represents the earnings you’ve accumulated in the prior payment cycle, waiting to be paid out. If the pending payout is less than 50 Euros, it will roll over to the next payment cycle. Once the pending payout and the period earnings meet the minimum payment threshold of 50 Euros, it will be paid out accordingly.
3. Period Earnings: This refers to the payments you’ve gathered during the ongoing payment cycle. Keep an eye on these numbers to see your progress, and get excited for your upcoming payout! 💰 💪

Do you pay in U.S. Dollars?

While Flirtback operates in Europe and conducts transactions in Euros, we’ve got you covered no matter where you are! Rest assured, you’ll receive your payment in your local currency, making it convenient and hassle-free for you. Keep creating, engaging, and earning – we’ve got your back! 💰

How are tokens paid out?

While we ensure all our creators receive 60% of their sales on Flirtback, the remaining 40% is allocated to the platform. This split is straightforward for subscriptions, but things work a little differently when it comes to tokens.

🔢 Token Value: Each token is valued at around 0.1 euro, and you get 60% of that value. So, for every 100 tokens, you’ll earn approximately 6 euros. However, the total earnings depend on the package purchased by the user.

💸 Package Impact: If a user opts for a larger token package, the value of each token slightly decreases. As a result, you might notice the 60% calculation varies for each token you receive from the user.

How much can I earn from the Flirtback referral program?

To get your referral code, log in to your Flirtback account, head over to your settings dashboard, and select ‘referral program.’

Creator Referral Bonus: If a new content creator signs up using your referral link, the referring creator receives a €50 bonus once the referred creator earns their initial 50 euros.

User Referral Split: For users who join via the referral link, the revenue split is 25% to Flirtback and 75% to the creators.

How do I deactivate push notifications?

Chrome

Don’t want to hear your cell phone ring too much? Understandable. That’s why we suggest you turn off the sound notifications before you make the drastic decision to turn them off completely.

Search and click the padlock icon in the search bar at the top. A little window will appear from which you can use switches and set the permissions associated with Flirtback. Just click on the one related to the notifications to stop searching.

Does my device support push notifications?

Make sure that you are not using incognito browsing. By its nature, it does not support the notifications feature.

Push notifications are automated messages sent by an application to a user when the application is not opened.

Scenarios:

• When you have a new message in the chat
• You got a new subscription
• One of your pictures has been sold

• You’ve received a tip

You can receive a sound notification when you have the Flirtback application opened on your desktop.

• When you have a new message in the chat. (only when you are in a different tab)

How to allow sound notifications on Safari?

Go to Safari Preferences:

Click on Websites then select AutoPlay, and finally allow All Auto-Play

Web and email

You can receive the notification on the web at the top right corner and in your email.

Scenarios:

• When you have a new message in the chat
• You got a new subscription
• One of your pictures has been sold
• One of your videos has been sold
• You’ve received a tip

Not receiving notifications on Android? Your phone might be putting your apps to “sleep”.

Android is trying to manage your phone’s battery life by forcing “low” priority apps to go to sleep which results in delayed notifications. There is a solution to that.

Google and most other manufacturers

1. Locate the app you want to work more reliably on your home screen or launcher.
2. Hold and tap it to invoke the long-press menu, and then select the App info shortcut (it should be an (i) symbol or something along those lines).
3. Locate the Battery entry in the menu that just opened and tap it.
4. On the next screen, select Unrestricted, which will allow the app in question to run with far fewer limits while in the background.

Samsung

1. Follow the instructions given in the section above.
2. Once that’s done, you’re going to have to go deep to find Samsung’s controls. Start the Settings app and tap Battery & device care. Then tap Battery. On the Battery page, head to Background usage limits.
3. Here, you’ll find three different lists of apps that have some form of power management enforced on them. To see the list of apps that are allowed to run in the background with as few restrictions as possible, tap Never sleeping apps. You can add additional apps to this list by tapping the plus sign in the top right corner.

Xiaomi

1. Follow the steps described in the Pixel section above — things are only labeled slightly differently, as you can see in the screenshots above.
2. Once that’s done, open the app you want to keep active and then enter the multitasking overview/app switcher.
3. Tap and hold the preview of the app and then choose the first option in the menu, the Lock icon.

Not receiving real-time e-mails?

Did you check your spam folder? We are sending you an e-mail 3 minutes after receiving a new message or connection. Then a second one after 12 hours. Make sure to add [email protected] to your whitelist, here is a quick guide on how to whitelist Flirtback’s email.
