By verifying your identity, we can protect your personal information and provide a safe platform for you to connect with others. Rest assured that your privacy and security are our top priorities! 😊

Once you sign up to become a creator, the next step is to complete the automated identity verification process. 🚀

Personal Details

Make sure you provide accurate information in the personal details section and grant camera access to the app for capturing images of your identity document and selfie.

All the fields must be completed with the correct information. All details provided in the form must match the ID information.

Identity verification

You can verify your identity by using your phone or on the desktop.

Select the country that has issued your identity documents.

Ensure that the document you select matches the one you are uploading.

The application will ask you to take a photo of the front and back side of the document.

The final step is to capture a selfie. It’s essential for the individual in the identity document, the selfie, and your content must match.

Please note the following requirements which must be met for ANY uploaded image:

1. Images may not be edited, cropped, or re-sized.
2. All 4 corners of the document must be visible.
3. The entire government-issued, non-expired ID must be shown. No parts of the document may be redacted, covered, cut, or censored.
4. A provided document shall not be expired.

Agreement

1. Please scroll down and ensure to read the agreement in FULL.
2. Accept the agreement by clicking the checkboxes on the left side.
3. Ensure you type your FULL NAME as shown above the box to provide a digital signature.
4. Click on ‘Verify.’

Once your identity has been approved, you can proceed to create your Flirtback profile and add content.

Application may be rejected for reasons stated here:

Personal details

• The submitted account owner is not over the age of 18.
• The provided personal details don’t match the ID details.

Identity verification

• Face-Mismatch: The face of a verifying person could not be determined as facial features are not fully visible or there are a few similar faces in the photo. It could be low-quality pictures and/or changes in a person’s facial features during a lifetime and/or blur, shadow, glare, fingers, or other objects in the photo.
• Poor quality image of a government-issued document
• The provided document is expired.
• The provided document is invalid or damaged.
• The provided document is not considered a valid document.
• The provided document is not government-issued and/or does not contain the holder’s photo.
• The document is not supported: The document type that is not supported for a selected country or document does not match the selected one.
