Introducing our new interested Users Feature

As a creator, you now have the ability to connect with users who have shown an interest in your profile. However, this feature is limited to those users who have demonstrated interest but have yet to make a payment.

The users who were once followers have now been merged into this list and transformed into interested users. Since creators were not able to reach out to followers, now is possible in this “Interested Users” Chat.

When a user shows interest by, for example, clicking a button to send you a message but ultimately does not complete payment, they are automatically added to the interested list. At this point, your goal is to engage with them and win them over. We have found that utilizing audio or video messages for these interactions can be particularly effective in building trust and increasing engagement levels. They will receive your message and an email notification.

To streamline communication, you can use our chat feature to send messages to all interested users in bulk. However, please exercise responsibility and avoid spamming users. We encourage you to use this feature well to maintain a positive user experience.

It’s important to note that once a user replies to your message, they will be removed from the bulk messaging list. This ensures that your communication remains targeted to those who have not yet engaged in a conversation with you.

  1. Avoid spamming users: Use the bulk messaging capability responsibly and avoid excessive messaging. Sending messages too frequently can be perceived as spam and may lead to a negative user experience.
