FLIRTBACK - ACCEPTABLE USE POLICY

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") sets forth guidelines for the acceptable use of FlirtBack's platform and services. By using FlirtBack, you agree to comply with this AUP.

2. Prohibited Content

You must not upload, post, or share content that:

• Depicts minors in any context
• Contains non-consensual sexual content
• Promotes violence, terrorism, or illegal activities
• Contains hate speech or discrimination
• Infringes on intellectual property rights
• Contains malware or harmful code
• Is fraudulent or misleading

3. Prohibited Conduct

You must not:

• Harass, bully, or threaten other users
• Impersonate others or create fake accounts
• Share personal information of others without consent
• Use the platform for prostitution or sex trafficking
• Attempt to circumvent security measures
• Use automated tools without authorization
• Engage in spam or unsolicited advertising

4. Age Requirements

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use FlirtBack. All creators must verify their age and identity.

5. Content Ownership

You must only upload content that you own or have the rights to share. You are responsible for ensuring all persons appearing in your content have consented.

6. Reporting Violations

7. Enforcement

Violations of this AUP may result in content removal, account suspension, permanent termination, withholding of payments, and/or reporting to law enforcement.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this AUP from time to time. Continued use of FlirtBack after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
