Standard Agreement Between User and Creator

1. Introduction

This Standard Agreement Between User and Creator ("Agreement") sets out the terms that govern each User/Creator Transaction on FlirtBack.

2. Parties

This Agreement is between: (a) the User who purchases access to Content or services from a Creator; and (b) the Creator who provides Content or services to the User.

3. User/Creator Transactions

A User/Creator Transaction is any transaction on FlirtBack by which access is granted to the Creator's Content, including:

• A Subscription to a Creator's account
• Payments to view pay-per-view Content
• Use of user interaction functions
• Tips sent to a Creator

4. Content

The Creator grants the User a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to view the Content for personal, non-commercial use only. The User must not copy, reproduce, distribute, download, or create derivative works from the Content.

5. Subscriptions

Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each subscription period unless cancelled. Users can cancel their Subscription at any time through their account settings.

6. Refunds

User Payments are generally non-refundable. Refunds may be provided at FlirtBack's discretion in cases of technical issues or unauthorized transactions.

7. User Conduct

Users agree to interact with Creators respectfully and in accordance with FlirtBack's Terms of Service and Acceptable Use Policy.

8. Creator Obligations

Creators agree to provide the Content and services as described and to comply with all applicable laws and FlirtBack's Terms of Service.
